One role. Ten candidates. Five days.
A paid evaluation of the real thing: one role, run end to end, once per company. If you stop afterwards, nothing further is owed.
Your first ranked shortlist usually arrives within 5 business days of an approved role brief. Timing depends on the role, the market and how quickly the brief is approved. It is not a guarantee.

Day 0
Share the role
Send a short inquiry or the full role brief. No sourcing starts until the scope is confirmed.
Day 1
Approve the plan
We contact you to confirm the role, the criteria and the pilot scope before any work begins.
Days 1 to 4
Sourcing and screening
Agents source and score candidates against your criteria. A recruiter reviews the results.
Day 5, 09:00
Review your shortlist
You get a ranked shortlist with the evidence behind each score, in your workspace. You decide who to interview.
Agents source and score candidates. A recruiter reviews every shortlist before you see it. You make every hiring decision.
What you receive
- A ranked shortlist of up to 10 candidates, ranked, with the evidence behind each score
- A candidate workspace where you review the shortlist and give feedback
- A recruiter who reviews every shortlist before you see it
- Scope and delivery schedule confirmed with you before work begins
Seats depend on your package. The pilot includes two seats: one owner and one recruiter.
What the pilot does not cover
- More than one role. The pilot covers a single agreed role.
- A second pilot. Each company can run the pilot once.
- Interview scheduling and offer negotiation on your behalf
- Executive search retainers or contingency placements
- Background checks, assessments, or payroll
- Ongoing delivery beyond the agreed role
After the pilot
You decide whether to talk about a larger engagement. You can export your candidate records at any time. Workspace access for a one-off package lasts three months; records are deleted after that unless you renew. No candidate is rejected or advanced by software alone. Scores support a person’s decision; they do not make it.
