Situation

Pre-opening hiring for several flagship properties. Front-of-house, F&B leadership, revenue management and spa roles all run to one calendar with a fixed opening date.

What it shows

The example shows parallel intake across properties on one location-scored candidate pool, so a candidate considered for one property is visible for the next. Opening dates are the client's constraint; TaaSFlow does not promise a hiring outcome against them.

How we define metrics

Offer acceptance rate
Accepted offers divided by offers extended.
Shortlist-to-hire rate
A different ratio: hires divided by shortlisted candidates. It measures shortlist quality, not the strength of an offer, and it should not be compared with offer acceptance.
Time to first shortlist
Business days from an approved role brief to the first ranked shortlist. Your first ranked shortlist usually arrives within 5 business days of an approved role brief.

In the workspace

How a role progresses.

Agents source and score candidates. A recruiter reviews every shortlist before you see it. You make every hiring decision.
