About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Developer to become one of the main technical problem-solvers across our companies, products, websites, and client projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, figuring out why they are not working, and finding practical solutions.
You will work across website development, internal platforms, SaaS products, integrations, databases, APIs, deployments, DNS, basic security, UX/UI improvements, and day-to-day technical troubleshooting.
This is not a highly specialized engineering role.
We are looking for a strong technical generalist who can move comfortably between different areas of a modern web stack and take ownership of technical problems from investigation through resolution.
A major goal of this position is to reduce the amount of day-to-day technical work that currently reaches company leadership.
What You Will Work On
Web & Platform Development
- Develop and improve websites, dashboards, internal systems, and web applications
- Build and maintain front-end and back-end functionality
- Fix bugs and broken features
- Improve existing platforms rather than always rebuilding them
- Help develop new product features
- Support new platform releases
- Improve performance, responsiveness, and reliability
- Review and improve AI-generated code when necessary
APIs, Integrations & Automation
- Build and troubleshoot integrations between different platforms
- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party services
- Diagnose synchronization problems between systems
- Connect applications with CRMs, databases, forms, analytics platforms, and automation tools
- Troubleshoot authentication and API connection issues
- Help automate repetitive technical processes
Databases & Back End
- Work with SQL and relational databases
- Troubleshoot missing, incorrect, or unsynchronized data
- Help structure tables and relationships
- Work with authentication, permissions, and user roles
- Understand how data moves between the front end, APIs, and database
- Troubleshoot database-related application issues
Experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL is highly valuable.
Deployment & Technical Operations
- Deploy and maintain websites and applications
- Work with Git and GitHub
- Manage staging and production environments
- Troubleshoot deployment problems
- Work with DNS, domains, SSL certificates, redirects, and related configuration
- Work with platforms such as Cloudflare, Netlify, Vercel, and similar services
- Help improve release and deployment processes
- Maintain technical documentation
Security & Reliability
You do not need to be a cybersecurity specialist.
However, you should understand or be willing to learn practical web security fundamentals, including:
- Environment variables
- API keys and secrets
- Authentication
- Permissions
- Database access policies
- Dependency management
- Backups
- Basic vulnerability awareness
- Secure configuration of web applications
You should also understand when a technical or security issue requires escalation to a more specialized professional.
UX/UI & Front End
You do not need to be a designer, but you should have a reasonable understanding of good UX/UI.
You should be comfortable
- Improving user flows
- Fixing responsive design issues
- Improving dashboards and interfaces
- Implementing designs
- Identifying confusing or inconsistent experiences
- Improving forms and navigation
- Making products easier to use
AI-Assisted Development
We are a very AI-heavy company.
We actively use AI throughout development, troubleshooting, research, documentation, and product development.
Our team works with tools such as
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Codex
- Cursor
- GitHub Copilot
- Lovable
- Other AI development and automation tools
You do not need to be an expert in every tool.
However, you should be comfortable using AI as part of your development workflow and interested in continuously improving how you work with these technologies.
We use Lovable frequently for rapid website and application development.
Previous Lovable experience is a strong advantage, but it is not required if you have the technical foundation and ability to quickly learn how to work with it.
You should be comfortable working both inside and outside AI development platforms.
If an AI tool cannot solve a problem, you should be able to investigate the underlying code, API, database, browser console, deployment configuration, or infrastructure to understand what is actually happening.
AI should make you faster.
It should not replace technical understanding.
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you have around 2–3 years of practical development experience, although we care more about demonstrated ability than the exact number of years.
Experience with several of the following is preferred
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- React
- HTML
- CSS
- Node.js or similar back-end technologies
- SQL
- PostgreSQL
- Supabase or similar backend platforms
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- Git
- GitHub
- Authentication
- User permissions
- Web application deployments
- DNS and domains
- Debugging production applications
You do not need to be an expert in all of these areas.
We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who is comfortable learning new technologies when required.
English Is Required
Fluent professional English is required.
You will work with an international team and may participate in meetings with clients and partners.
You need to be able to
- Participate confidently in meetings
- Explain technical issues
- Ask questions
- Discuss solutions
- Communicate blockers
- Explain technical concepts in understandable language
Being able to read technical documentation in English is not enough.
You should be comfortable speaking English professionally and confidently.
The Person We're Looking For
We want someone who
- Likes solving technical problems

- Tests changes before considering them complete
- Is comfortable working across different technologies
- Can prioritize multiple technical issues
- Is willing to learn
- Is comfortable admitting when they don't know something and then figuring it out

R$3,500–R$4,500/month PJ, depending on experience and technical ability.
We are primarily looking for a strong junior or early mid-level professional who wants exposure to different technologies, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to grow into a broader technical role.
What Success Looks Like
We want you to gradually become one of the first people the team goes to when something technical needs to be solved.
An integration stops working?
You investigate it.
A database is not updating correctly?
You trace the issue.
A website has a DNS problem?
You help resolve it.

You understand what is happening underneath and fix it.

You help turn the idea into something that works.
A deployment fails?
You investigate why.
A platform has a poor user experience?
You help improve it.
