About the role
Northwind Talent is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build the recruitment platform our clients work in every day. This is a fully remote role, anchored to the Lisbon time zone. We are adding two senior engineers, one per product squad.
We are looking for a product-focused engineer with 5+ years of production experience across React, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
Main responsibilities
- Own client-facing features end to end: data model, server logic, UI, and post-launch health.
- Design and enforce tenant access rules.
- Write and maintain automated tests.
- Review designs and code.
- Mentor one to two engineers.
- Help set technical direction for the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production React and TypeScript applications
- Strong SQL and relational data modelling in Postgres, including migrations
- Experience owning features end to end, from schema design to shipped UI
- Practical experience with row-level security or another multi-tenant isolation model
- Comfortable writing and maintaining automated tests (unit and end-to-end)
- Fluent written and spoken English
What we need
- 5+ years building production React and TypeScript applications

- Familiarity with TanStack Start, Remix or a similar full-stack React framework
