Employer onboarding

Here is exactly what happens after you start.

No mystery. From intake to first ranked shortlist, TaaSFlow gives you a predictable path and a workspace you and your team share with the recruiting team from day one.

What to expect

A guided intake, not a form graveyard

A structured 5-step intake captures the role, requirements, hiring context and screening questions — draft saving is on throughout.

A workspace per requisition

Every role you submit gets its own workspace with a rubric, evidence panel, ranked shortlist and audit trail. One shared surface, no private inboxes.

A predictable cadence

You know when the first shortlist lands, when reviews happen and where every candidate is in the process.

Step-by-step onboarding journey

Six stages from submission to steady state. Every stage has a clear owner and a clear artefact.

  1. 01

    Submit the role

    Guided intake

Complete the 5-step intake at /intake. Draft saving means you can pause and resume, and every field is tied to how we later score candidates.

  2. 02

    Rubric review

    Requirements confirmed

We turn the intake into a role-specific scoring rubric and share it back for confirmation. Nothing goes into scoring until you sign it off.

  3. 03

    Workspace ready

    Access provisioned

Your workspace opens with the requisition, the rubric, the sourcing plan and messaging enabled. Invite as many teammates as you need.

  4. 04

    Sourcing live

    Candidates flow in

Sourcing runs across our channels. Each applicant is parsed, evidence is extracted, and the rubric is applied before anyone reaches your shortlist.

  5. 05

    First shortlist

    Ranked delivery

You receive the first ranked, human-reviewed shortlist in the workspace — evidence attached to every score. Advance, hold or pass with a reason.

  6. 06

    Ongoing cadence

    Weekly review loop

We hold a weekly review to recalibrate the rubric, discuss trade-offs and keep the pipeline moving. Every action is captured in the audit trail.

What to prepare before you start

None of this is mandatory upfront — the intake will guide you. Having it ready just makes the first shortlist land sooner.

Role clarity

Draft the responsibilities, must-haves and nice-to-haves. The intake will structure them, but rough notes speed the first pass.

Compensation range

An approved range for the role. This becomes a first-class filter and is shared with candidates at the right stage.

Hiring team

Names and emails of the reviewers, interviewers and decision maker. They will be invited into the workspace.

Interview loop outline

The stages, who owns each, and roughly how long. We map the workflow to those stages from day one.

Screening questions

Up to a handful of role-specific questions. Optional — we can propose a set from the rubric if you prefer.

Context on constraints

Location model, visa policy, start-date flexibility, tooling. Anything that would disqualify late is better captured upfront.
